Virginie Delattre
Over 20 years of experience in project management, business development, corporate strategy, and organizational structuring of teams and Business Units. An engineer by training, she built her career in the ENERGY sector within leading groups such as ELIA, EQOS Energies, and VINCI Energies, where she held roles as Project Leader, Business Development Manager, and Business Unit Manager.
Proven track record in managing major projects, leading teams of 40–70 people, and driving structured, profitable business growth. Recognized expertise in Project Management, Business Development, Financial Management, and Change Management.
Holder of an Executive MBA in Finance, she combines a strong strategic vision with hands-on operational skills, staying close to teams and business realities.
Today, through VD Synergy, she and her team put their expertise at the service of companies ready to take on new challenges and deliver complex projects. Their strength? A human-centered, rigorous, and results-oriented approach.
